What data we process
We may process account data, contact data, lead data entered by users, follow-up notes, technical logs, support messages and billing data. Only enter data that is needed for follow-up.
Why we process data
We process data to provide Plenno Follow, manage accounts, provide support, handle payments and administration, monitor security and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases
The legal basis may be performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent where consent is legally required.
Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention period applies. Customers can request deletion or export.
Subprocessors and service providers
Depending on the final technical setup of the app, Plenno Follow may use subprocessors or service providers such as Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments if used, the hosting provider for the website and app, n8n or a comparable automation provider if used, WhatsApp/Meta if WhatsApp integrations or the WhatsApp Cloud API are used, and an analytics provider if analytics is enabled later. The final list should be checked before launch and kept up to date.
Transfers outside the EEA
If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards where legally required.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact hello@plenno.nl.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is entirely risk-free, but security is an important design principle.
